Members of RUO RESEARCH UNIT ONE
They deal with the analysis and study of the comparison of substantive and procedural criminal law, in particular of the Euro-Med countries .
They scientifically study comparative issues that have as their object the study of the Italian legal system in transparency of the international dimension of the rules involved and of the normative realities of other countries with different legal traditions .
They develop important connections and partnerships with Italian and international entities .
He takes particular interest in the instruments for regulatory contrast in illicit conduct for illegal fishing and the sanctioning systems linked to food fraud in the supply chain from sea to plate with particular reference to the damage to the financial interests of the European Union.
