La nostra storia
RUO, Research Unit One, is one of the few Research Units in Italy, founded in 2007, dealing with the analysis and study of legal comparison in the broad sense and comparison in the field of substantive and procedural criminal law, in particular.
Its purpose is the scientific study of comparative issues that have as their object the study of the Italian legal system in transparency with the international dimension of the rules involved and the normative realities of other countries with different legal traditions. Research Unit One has quickly become a significant point of reference for Southern Italy and has developed and consolidated, over the years of activity, important connections and partnerships with Italian and international entities.
